Is it wrong, if I activate the partner's function in a video that has 8 seconds of a george michael's Song?
I have aplied for a Video Review of one of Tokusatsu toys, and it has 7~8 seconds of a George Michael's Song. Then Youtube confirm my apply. So, does that mean that there's no copyright problems?
