Quiero que me ayuden en algo que surgio inesperadamente con respecto a leyes. Ahora les narro los hechos
1) Cuelgo mi video de la fiesta de Hernan Cattaneo en Lima-

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7l_TTQ887hE -donde corta un pedazo de mi video y lo sube como su propiedad
3) Le escribo un comentario diciendo que ud. no esta autorizado para cortar mi video y subirlo denuevo. (En teoría el creador de esa cuenta el el represante discografico de la canción que corto)
4)Me manda un correo a YouTube diciendo:
Dear,
about the hernan cattaneo vid i suposed not to use :
can you give me your isrc-code for the autorrights or is the video not deposited ??
Well,one of the tracks you're using is, on my name, i'm the owner of the track that i cut.
I can let remove your account from youtube on simple demand.
so think before you comment something stupid in the future ,

5) Le contesto
For you, ascertain, when I pay the ticket to watch the show I'm paying the autorrights indirectly via Hernan Cattaneo, plus I have right to bring camera camcorder because I authorize the show promoter.
so what you are doing to cut my video without my permission is MUCH more stupid than send me a message asking me to send the full video of that song, as I did with my friend alentieff

you pay autorrights to watch the show not to reproduce recordings of the show, if you record it and reproduce (any how) you have to get autoristation and pay liscensing to the owner of the track and the person you filmed.
The penalty's for this are very high.
I have autorisation to use the portret of the person in the video (Hernan) and own the rights of the track that is unreleased.
if you're sure of your case just let the video on your account and we'll see what happens,
--No se si me puede eliminar la cuenta, pues yo no le estoy robando nada (la canción es grabada en un fiesta, y no puedo reproducirla para lucrar en mi convenniencia). Yo pienso que el esta cometiendo más delito en cortar mi video y subirlo a su cuenta, sin ningun crédito)
