I am live CC captioner for Live TV broadcasting and also streaming. I am using Spanish CC. I have found that Youtube doesnt recognize the Spanish Accent on streaming video with embedded CEA 608/708. I am sending the CC data at the same time to TV broadcasting and Youtube streaming.
On TV broadcasting, there is no missing Spanish accent CC data and look everything fine, while from youtube streaming, there are a lot of missing letters specially in Spanish accent. Youtube doesnt recognize the Spanish accent.
I am attaching two videos to compare the big difference between TV broadcasting and Youtube streaming.
