Hello!
I opened my account one year ago in my country and later on, I wanted to monetize it. I wasn't able to do it because I found out that my country is not on the list of countries where you are able to do it.
A few months ago, I moved to USA and I followed step by step the requirements to apply. I had to reached the Google Costumer Service Support for help, they told me to try making a few changes on my account settings, such as changing the language, the country... Neither of that worked. The monetize option is still unavailable.
I would like to know if there is something else that I need to do, or if I'm missing one step.
I will really appreciate your help on this matter!!
