I tried to load videos on IE and Firefox and I cannot view them, it appears a message: "an error occurred, please try again later". I tried installing Adobe Flash Player, but it didn't work. I tried on Chrome, but the HTML5 icon appears, along with the "loading" icon and the video never appears. This problem is recent. I'd like to know which options do I have to fix this problem.
