Hello, I write this mail because since 4 days I enter to youtube app in my smart tv and while i'm watching videos I can't turn up/down volume. If I want to do that I must exit from the app, turn up/down volume and enter to the app again. That's so annoying. the worst is the fact that I can't uninstall and reinstall the app due to that app is preinstalled with the smart tv and it can't be uninstall.
How can I solve my issue, cause youtube app is the app that i most use everyday.
My smart tv model is UN46FH5303 (samsung) with smart hub 5.3141
