because to some people like to find new things and i think that youtube more than an entretaining site it could be a way for publicity could we put titles or something similar to use some kinds of material cause in our first videos we maybe dont kneew abaut and we upload a video that take a long time to create and we have to erase it for using songs

Yeah, i am completly agree with you, my first time in Youtube i uploaded a Michael Jackson song, but i didn´t get problems, but that was in the old Youtube...

Well, i guess that rigth now the people must be careful and the people should read the terms and conditions of Youtube...
