Desde hace 3 semanas, el acceso directo de la app de youtube en mi TV Samsung Smart TV KS9000 no funciona el 99% del tiempo. Cada vez que lanzo la app desde el icono de acceso directo, aparece un mensaje "hay un problema con el certificado de seguridad de este sitio
www.youtube.com".
He llamado a Samsung y me han reseteado la TV, pero el problema persiste. El resto de la app´s funcionan sin problemas, por lo que tiene toda la lógica que el problema esté en youtube.
Agradecería ayuda, sobre todo desde youtube ya que es un caos poder hablar con alguien, y desde google me han facilitado este canal, al parecer el único para enviar problemas técnicos.
Since 3 weeks ago, I am experiencing a continuous malfunction in the YouTube app (direct access app) on my Samsung TV (model KS9000, year 2016). The problem is when launching the app from the direct youtube icon, the 99% of the times appears an error saying
" there is a problem with the security certificate of this site www.youtube.com".
I called Samsung tech support twice, and they reset my TV, but the issue still remains. Samsung pointed the problem is in youtube app because the rest of the app´s direct access work well, which really make sense to me (there are about 20 apps and work fine).
Could you be so kind to help me?
