Fail to Connect to server
Hostname found, but no data of the requested type. This can occur if you have bound to an IPV6 address and your streaming service only has IPv4 address (see Settings / Advanced )

Ok just found the issue it was do to Network configuration under OBS Application in the Advance configuration look for BIND IP should be set as Default and check box: Enable New Networking Code marked.
