Well I hope this topic becomes Known or Someone Important in Youtube Sees it But is Very Unfair to Almost All The Countries has Enabled Partner Program and No Country In Central America has enabled to apply for Partner.I've Waiting for more than one Year to Youtube Enable it in My Country (Honduras) and Well Until today I have not seen neither Rumors that they earlier they Hablitaran.Estuve Looking Like many forms Contact with Someone by Email Address in Youtube Because of Here will be difficult for it Youtube see an administrator or someone will soon enable it to Central America.There Many Important People in these countries that they would put more effort to make videos if they Enabled the Partner program.
I hope they see this topic and at least receive an answer!
