La respuesta estaba en este foro, pero en ingles:
En el internet explorer o en en el Chrome, vas a opciones de internet, En el Internet explorer: Vas a la pestaña de Conecciones, despues a "LAN Settings" o "Lan Opciones", en la parte de abajo quitale la seleccion al cuadro de "Use a Proxi for you LAN", le das Ok , Aplicar, Ok...
y listo.
Es mas o menos lo mismo para el Chrome.
Yo lo hice despues de quitar el Virus, y limpiar con el CCleaner, pero creo k lo k realmente funciono fue el cambio en el Proxy
After those Trojans were quarantined and erased, they messed with some of your settings. Open up Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer and go to your Internet Options.
In Internet Explorer go to the Connection Tabs, bottom button select LAN settings. Bottom group box uncheck the "Use a Proxy for your LAN...." selection. That hit OK -> Apply -> OK.
In Google Chrome go to the Under The Hood tab, change Proxy Settings and follow the directions above.
(Doing the first step should permit both to work, however depending on which operating system you use, it may change.)
