El puntero del ratón se desfasa en las ventanas emergentes

Hola Este es mi problema. Cuando abro extensiones o aplicaciones que tienen ventanas emergentes en chrome, el ratón se desfasa. Esto me sucede en un televisor de 55" que conecté al portatil. En la pantalla del portatil, ni en  otro monitor de 15 pulgadas que tengo instalado, sucede esto. Agradezco su ayuda.

Well, it is possible that you accidentally have some adware program installed on your Win10. 
Here's the complete to-do list that would help fix your ruined chrome. You may need to:
  • run Chrome Cleanup Tool > Run Malwarebytes Antimalware.
  • Then reset your chrome sync - remember to backup your personal data like bookmarks first.

Hi all!
