Tengo este problema, al abrir el navegador google chrome me aparece el pantallazo que adjunto en el archivo que envío

no solo es molesto, sino que es casi imposible de cerrarlo de forma normal, y toca recurrir al administrador de tareas para cerrar forzosamente el navegador, después de eso se puede navegar con tranquilidad pero con mucha lentitud, podrían orientarme sobre este caso, agradezco la atención y su ayuda en el tema.
