Te agradezco muchisimo tu ayuda hice todo al pie de la letra pero el error subsiste en la pagina que entra mi hijo Neopets el mensaje al ingresar la contraseña es el siguiente

No se como hacer para solucionar este problema en las demas paginas todo bien y los dos antivirus el de la pc y avast estan actualizados a full
hoy estuve en un locutorio y entre en todas las paginas nombradas sin problemas
Te agradezco muchisimo tu consejo yo me manejo con internet explorer 9 y windows 7...utilizo para navegar tanto google crome como internet explorer (yo este ultimo) pero los dos dan el mismo mensaje de error..
