tengo problema al abrir google.com salen simbolos raros esto me pasa con google chrome and firefox

I have a problem opening google.com they are rare symbols this happens to me with google chrome and firefox

Buen dia.

Ese problema suele ocurri cuando alguna aplicacion de seguridad esta interfiriendo en la navegacion por ejemplo un antivirus.

Si su antivirus es Kaspesky puede revisar este link

Si es otro pruebe desactivandolos temporalmente para ver sin son los que causan el problema
