El problema es cuando estoy viendo videos en youtube, se congela por un cierto tiempo y sale verde, tengo mi driver actualizado, mis graficos en 1050ti, quiero tener activado la aceleracion de hardware para una mejor experiencia de chrome

Buenas.

Intenta solucionarlo siguiendo estos pasos:

Borrando Cache y cookies.

Reseteando los valores de Google Chrome.

Apagando la aceleración por Hardware.
