He intentado recuperar mi chromebook ,en varias oportunidades utilizando varias USB(nuevas,ya en uso,formateadas) y hasta el momento luego de descargar la aplicación en la web chrome store y conectarla a la  chromebook continua apareciendo "se presento error inesperado)que procedimiento adicional al indicado en el menú de ayuda de google ,debo hacer para poder recuperar el sistema operativo chrome os

Translation to English was not good, but I think your are saying that you have not been able to make a system recovery image?

Have you read the Recover your Chromebook help page? If you are having trouble making a recovery image on your Chromebook then you could try making one on a friend's PC or Mac.
Also, you can change your Chromebooks DNS setting if it currently set to "Automatic". Menu, Settings, Internet connection, click on the active connection, select the network tab, select Google name servers. Exit and reboot. Try again.
And you can try to run the process from a public WiFi network instead of your home network.

If those suggestions don't work, then you can go to the Chromebook help center and use the Contact us link.

Hola metaling2012.

Entiendo que estás intentando restablecer el sistema ... Consulta en esta referencia y mira si lo estás haciendo así. Al final de la misma se facilitan algunas pistas para solucionar problemas con este proceso.
