En la pantalla de mi chromebook aparese un mensaje de que el sistema no se encuentra o eta dañado ya intente hacer la recuperacion de datos pero me sigue aparesiendo un mesaje de error ya no se que hacer. un consejo por favor

Espero que puedo ayudarle.

¿ Cual modelo de Chromebook tiene ? (Es posible leerlo en la pantalla abajo - algo como "snow fremont A-E 0878." También es posible leerlo en la parte inferior de la Chromebook desde la etiqueta. (Es importante saber el modelo porque diferentes modelos tienen características diferentes.)

Estaba tratando de recuperar su Chromebook utilizando este procedimiento: Realizar una recuperación del Chromebook ¿ verdad ?

¿ Cual mensaje de error he encontrado ?

Si puede explicarnos estas cosas, podemos ayudarle mejor

Hi, i have exactly the same problem.. when i try to do a recovery it starts fine but then this message appear "an unexpected error has occured" .. the model of my chromebook is HP 14-q010nr , thank you!

I am sorry to hear that; That message is very frustrating.

Two things:

1) I have noticed that sometimes a simple press of the key labeled ENTER can sometimes get the procedure to continue. (I cannot guarantee that, but it is easy to try.)

2) If you press the key called TAB when you receive that message you will display some diagnostics in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Those diagnostics messages will help to determine what is going wrong. (Unfortunately, again i cannot promise that those diagnostic messages will get you closer to joy, but it is part of the resolution.) Unfortunately, you cannot do a screen print at that point because the Operating System is not yet installed and running so it is necessary to write the message down by hand instead of doing a screen shot.
