Hi, I'm a web developer and I was working in a WebApp that use links like /#controller:data, but in Chrome 28 (current version, recently updated) the Ctrl+Click on those links doesn't open a new tab!, it still on the same.
These is a huge problem on a lot of sites and WebApps, actually, in this site some links stop working with new tabs when Ctrl+Click or Middle-Click are clicked.
Someone have the same problem? This doesn't look pretty good.
