Class not registered - Windows 8

Al abrir Google Chrome desde la barra de tareas de, así como al abrir desde el acceso directo del escritorio, me aparece una ventana que dice "C:\Users\"mi nombre"\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe Class not registered".
Al abrirlo haciendo clic derecho>nueva ventana se abre normalmente, pero al hacerlo de la otra manera sólo sale esa ventana y nada más.

¿A qué se debe?

Uso Windows 8 Costumer Prewiew, 64 bits.

Uninstall google chrome using Program and Features. Download Google Chrome setup file from filehippo.com or anywhere else and use Run as Administrator... to install Google Chrome. It will fix this issue.

This does not seem to work with 25.0.1323.1 Dev. Get "class not registered" on every attempt to install this and the latest v24. Windows 8 x64

That worked for me until I restarted. Only "fix" I have found so far is to right click --> new window.

its simle
follo steps..

C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application

you can see their symbol of chrome. just replace it on your desktop.

enjoy chrome...

hi , same issue

delete all chrome registry folder in

local user/software/classes/chrome
local user/software/classes/chromioum

i check and find that when ever i delete them, chrome work fine, but when chrome ask me to e my default browser and i allow it , it make thos folder in classes and then issue come back.

so when you delete them,open chrome and answer "Dont ask again" to chrome defaultbrowser queston :)
