Me salta error 1603 y no puedo utilizar el programa. Como puedo solucionarlo?

deberias instalar manualmente por este enlace http://google-adwords-editor.software.informer.com/download/?cadf3c1 http://google-adwords-editor.software.informer.com/download/?cadf3c1
abrir la consola en la carpeta que descargaste el msi que usualmente esta aqui (C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Downloads), y tirar el siguiente comando:

msiexec /i google_adwords_editor.msi /l*v editor_install.log

busca el error 1603.

si sale todo bien desinstala y reinstala desde www.google.com/adwordseditor, para asegurarte que tengas el google update
